About the Role:
An Engineering Manager is responsible for owning, leading, managing, planning, executing the Projects with great leadership qualities.

Candidate should have extensive experience preferably 6+ years into hardcore software development.
Candidate should have worked on building Enterprise Solutions and must have done Software Design & Architecture activities.
Candidate should be able to articulate business requirements into Technical specifications.
Candidate should be well versed with doing code reviews, programming, providing technical guidance to the team members and be able to resolve any technical impediments/blockers.
Candidate should have worked on any of the object oriented technologies like .Net, Java, PHP, etc.
Candidate should have some experience in Client side technologies like JavaScript, Jquery, and others. Project Management
Candidate should be able to manage multiple projects.
Should have extensive experience managing various Project management knowledge areas like, Scope management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Quality management, Stakeholders Management, etc.
Good to have some Pre-Sales experience.
Good to have done Project effort estimations, resource estimations, client management, resolving escalations, etc.
Should be willing to take the complete ownership of the deliverables and hold him/herself accountable.


Be able to work independently and take major project decisions with minimal supervision.
Work closely with senior management to identify and suggest areas of improvement on anything under the Sun that impacts the organization.
